A mindful science based yogaclass working to optimize strenght and mobility with theraputic excercises aiming to work smarter and more efficient. This class has a knowledgebased aproach, free of myths, gurus and dogmas. A step by step aproach on how to add correct amount of load and resistance, leaving the students physical stronger, more empowered and mentally fit. Lets grow as individuals and as a collective.
The class is thaught by Sigurd Gundersen who draws on his 30 years of experience in swimming, hiking, yoga and sciencebased physiology, anatomy and biomechanics.
