Klassisk Hatha

Klassisk Hatha, also called classic yoga, is considered to be one of the oldest forms of yoga. The word Hatha is Sanskrit and consists of the two words «sun» (HA) and «moon» (THA), and, thus the focus in this classic tradition is to balance these two energies - the masculine and fiery sun and the cooler, feminine moon -  in your body.


In classic hatha you have plenty of time to get in and out of the poses, and correct alignment of each pose is in focus. With the long holds of 5 - 8 breaths, you get the opportunity to really get to know, and feel you body in each of the poses.

Trough breath-work  (pranayama) and poses (asana) you will experience a deeper connection to mind-, body- and soul.

Dharma Yoga

A graceful, yet challenging form of yoga based on Sri Dharma Mittra’s practice. The practice is appropriate for students of all levels, from beginner to lifelong practitioners and accessible to so many because it meets each student where they are and according to their condition. As students move through the different series, they are encouraged to go deeper and experience the practice in a meditative and spiritual way. In essence, Dharma Yoga is a system of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga. A devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. The method weaves together many teachings in order to bring all students closer to the goal of Self-Realization.

Hatha Flow

A refreshing and gentle flow yoga class for all levels, designed to balance your nervous system and take care of your body, mind and spirit. Classes will include some heat and some coolness, classes will be challenging but fun, hard but sweet. We practice self-love through movement,  breath and play. This class has the intention that students will feel safe and secure to learn something and to explore themselves. You will leave class feeling more nourished and connected


Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional yoga form originating in southern India. It is dynamic and powerful, emphasizing the coordination of breath and motion. During the class you will learn a simple ashtanga yoga series consisting of sun salutations, standing and some seating positions, as well as savasana. Ashtanga is suitable for everyone.

Himalayan Kundalini

​Saraswati will be guiding a 1 hours long Himalayan Kundalini practice specifically designed to awaken your infinite potential of being. The practice includes pranayama, kriya, mantra and meditation techniques to refine and expand your consciousness, elevate your energy and support your evolution.

Himalayan Kundalini and Kriya yoga are specific techniques designed to create an evolutionary response in the individual. These powerful and potent techniques create an energetic shift in the physical body; through releasing bio-memory, de-exciting the nervous system, restructuring and re-wiring the brain, the mental body; through reprogramming and rewriting our thought patterns, transcending the lower mind and transmuting denser emotions, and the energetic body; through refining and expanding our consciousness, uplifting and elevating our energy. 


The practice of Himalayan Kundalini and kriya yoga gives the practitioner greater access to their wisdom body or higher intellect, intuition and body of bliss. It balances the 2 main energy currents in the body; the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine; allowing for the Kundalini Shakti to rise through the golden current. The Kundalini Shakti is our infinite potential of being, our creative intelligence and infinite resourcefulness.
