With a strong focus on navigating the postpartum journey, reconnecting with your body, and connecting with your little one, these classes are open for mothers and their babies (from 6 weeks to 9 months). We use the tools of yoga to come home in your new mama body, softening the body parts that do all the hard work during the day and night, and finding new ways to rest and create strength.
All classes are themed, and include yoga postures, breathing exercises, and short meditations, as well as sensory play and baby massage. Everything is allowed: coming late, changing diapers, feeding your baby - everything.

Claudia is the co-founder of Sanga Yoga, created in Oslo and specialized in yoga for pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. She’s passionate about holding space for mothers and for women on a fertility journey, she’s obsessed with Yoga Nidra, and her classes are always a beautiful blend of movement and stillness, softening and strengthening.
After her first traditional Hatha teacher training, she changed her teaching journey to study and practice the more therapeutic and feminine side of yoga through postnatal yoga, fertility yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. She loves combining nerding out on anatomy with the spiritual and mystical. Yoga gives her energy and stillness, and her mat is where she always comes home to herself. Her personal practice follows the moon and her cycles, making every session on her mat different from the previous one. Claudia loves spending time in nature with husband and soon 3-year old son, traveling, spontaneous veggie feasts with friends, and reading, reading, reading.
