Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a more fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow,. Through the hour, the focus will be on building heat and strength as you synchronize your breathing with each movement to produce a beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. Students will focus on building strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.The hour ends with stretching and a delicious savasana relaxation.

Vinyasa + Yoga Nidra

A vigorous class, balancing alignment and flow, including a playful approach to exploring your body and mind through a daily intention and theme. Physically detoxing through sweat, and mentally relaxing for your mind that helps to release blocked energy through your breathe.

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana, this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

Chakra Flow

Chakra Flow is a vinyasa flow class which focuses on the different chakras. Each class will focus on one specific chakra, working in depth on the specific topic of that chakra through flow, movement, meditations and mantras.

Solar Plexus - Empowerment and Ego

Heart - Open up and Letting go

Throat - Expression and Truth

Third Eye - Vision and Intuition

Start your day to the tune of your breath and a refreshing routine to encourage a powerful and lasting energy throughout your workday. The class is built up with sun salutations to greet the day and flows into a sequence that will target the muscles that we usually ignore throughout our busy days!

Jivamukti

A yoga class that is dynamic with a fun music playlist. The hour is playful and uplifting while being physically challenging. The class emphasizes on the physical part of the practice through a continuous flow but also contains elements of chanting and yoga philosophy. The class is built up and consists of what we call "the 5 tenets of Jivamukti Yoga" (5 foundation stones): 1) Ahimsa/no violence 2) Bhakti/devotion 3) Nada/Attentive listening 4) Dhyana/meditation 5) Shastra/study of yoga philosophy and texts.

Jivamukti Open Class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation. All Open classes include 14 points - asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings - in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior is structured as a fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses. Since the asana sequence is always the same, a student will pick it up quite quickly after only a couple of classes.

Mindful Flow

A vinyasa class that combines meditation practice at the beginning and at end of the class. It is a fluid vinyasa class with a strong focus on alignment and being present in the physical body. A strong focus is placed on staying in the moment, so be prepared to run through some sun salutations with your eyes closed, and gently challenge your mind and body. Mindful Flow brings you back to right here, right now, and is a great way to work through letting go of the daily stresses we hold. Expect releasing poses such as twists, hip openers, and heart openers.

Moon Flow + Yoga Nidra

Throughout its 28 day cycle, the moon transits all the twelve sign of the zodiac, thus, Moon Flow is a vinyasa flow class where the weekly flow is connected to current astrological sign of the moon. Depending on the sign the moon transits, we will tailor our flow to the element of Fire (Aries/Leo/Sagittarius), Air (Gemini/Libra/Aquarius), Water (Cancer/Scorpio/Pisces) and Earth (Taurus/Virgo/Capricorn), embodying the elements and the energies of the current moon phase. The vinyasa flow ends with a handful of gentle yin poses and yoga nidra*.

​YogAstrology® is a vinyasa based class, connecting astrology to the divinity that is your body, gently building a bridge between the two ancient sister systems. In the monthy YogAstrology® classes we will work with powerful intention settings, and at all times embody the elements and the energies of the seasons: Fire (spirituality), Air (communication), Water (emotions) and Earth (grounding).

The YogAstrology® classes are held on the New- and Full Moon, as well as on the summer- and winter solstice, and the spring- and fall equinox.
