Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional yoga form originating in southern India. It is dynamic and powerful, emphasizing the coordination of breath and motion. During the class you will learn a simple ashtanga yoga series consisting of sun salutations, standing and some seating positions, as well as savasana. Ashtanga is suitable for everyone.

Feminine Flow

Feminine Flow is a vinyasa style class designed especially for women, helping women re-awaken their own inner feminine nature. Inspired by the 7 archetypal Goddesses - Durga, Kali, Saraswati, Lakshmi, Parvati, Lalita and Dhumavati – this class aims to bring forth your inner Goddess, gently guiding you back home to your divine feminine body.

Through the hour you will be moving and sweating through a sweet blend of traditional yoga postures in combination with the more fluid, circular movements of the feminine, topped off with a gentle, guided meditation.


In this class you are not only allowed, but encouraged to, drop all facades, and release and let go of all old patterns and blockages that holds you back from being more in tune with what you and your body need. Feminine Flow is a class to dive in deep and discover what feels good to you. Trough stretching, building, shaping, opening and releasing, through breath and movement, you will gently be guided back home to yourself and your divine feminine body, back to your personal center of empowerment, back to you.

Hip Flow

A deep and fluid vinyasa class, teaching you to release tension in the hips. There are so many reasons to do hip-opening poses: Supple hips can ease back pain and improve circulation in your legs. There are also more subtle benefits to hip openers, as we hold stress and negative emotions—such as fear, guilt, and sadness—in our pelvis, this all can be released. A regular hip opening practice will make your body let go of everything that doesn't benefit the body and mind. Release!


A yoga class that is dynamic with a fun music playlist. The hour is playful and uplifting while being physically challenging. The class emphasizes on the physical part of the practice through a continuous flow but also contains elements of chanting and yoga philosophy. The class is built up and consists of what we call "the 5 tenets of Jivamukti Yoga" (5 foundation stones): 1) Ahimsa/no violence 2) Bhakti/devotion 3) Nada/Attentive listening 4) Dhyana/meditation 5) Shastra/study of yoga philosophy and texts.

Jivamukti Open Class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation. All Open classes include 14 points - asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings - in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior is structured as a fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style. It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses. Since the asana sequence is always the same, a student will pick it up quite quickly after only a couple of classes.

Mindful Flow

A vinyasa class that combines meditation practice at the beginning and at end of the class. It is a fluid vinyasa class with a strong focus on alignment and being present in the physical body. A strong focus is placed on staying in the moment, so be prepared to run through some sun salutations with your eyes closed, and gently challenge your mind and body. Mindful Flow brings you back to right here, right now, and is a great way to work through letting go of the daily stresses we hold. Expect releasing poses such as twists, hip openers, and heart openers.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a more fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow,. Through the hour, the focus will be on building heat and strength as you synchronize your breathing with each movement to produce a beautiful, flowing patterns of motion and energy. Students will focus on building strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.The hour ends with stretching and a delicious savasana relaxation.

Rise + Shine

Start your day to the tune of your breath and a refreshing routine to encourage a powerful and lasting energy throughout your workday. The class is built up with sun salutations to greet the day and flows into a sequence that will target the muscles that we usually ignore throughout our busy days!


A vigorous class, balancing alignment and flow, including a playful approach to exploring your body and mind through a daily intention and theme. Physically detoxing through sweat, and mentally relaxing for your mind that helps to release blocked energy through your breathe.
