Elianns personal focus is to bring the calmness and grounding she acquire on the mat into the busy everyday life.
My morning routine: I start my day with 10-20 minutes of meditation, guided or still -depends on how chaotic my mind is at the time. I like to start my day grounded, to hopefully stay grounded throughout the day.
The world needs more of: acceptance for differences, more respect for each other and the environment around us.
I believe in: equality, respect and understanding between people.
Love is: gratefulness for the people, animals and nature surrounding us. And also to show contentment for all the small things we take for granted in life
I can't get enough of: my cats, travel, sun, beach, books, yoga and personal growth.
Yoga is: my way to deal with this world. It helps me stay more grounded, centered and calm in a busy society.
My mantra: “Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always”.
