Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class is fast paced and invigorating! The structure is a fixed sequence instructed in a vinyasa style.
It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." A vinyasa class that combines meditation practice at the beginning and at end of the class. It is a fluid vinyasa class with a strong focus on alignment and being present in the physical body. A strong focus is placed on staying in the moment, so be prepared to run through some sun salutations with your eyes closed, and gently challenge your mind and body. Mindful Flow brings you back to right here, right now, and is a great way to work through letting go of the daily stresses we hold.
