Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class is fast paced and invigorating! The structure is a fixed sequence instructed in a vinyasa style.
It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses.

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." This is a vigorous class, balancing alignment and flow, including a playful approach to exploring your body and mind through a daily intention and theme. Physically detoxing through sweat, and mentally relaxing for your mind that helps to release blocked energy through your breathe. Some yoga experience is recommended.

The Magic Ten is a series of ten simple exercises, designed by Sharon Gannon, that can be done in about ten minutes. It is a good way to get your body moving first thing in the morning or at any time you need a “pep up.” IThis is also the warm up for the Spiritual Warrior class, and the first six exercises are the warm up for the Fundamentals class.​

Ashtanga Yoga is a traditional yoga form originating in southern India. It is dynamic and powerful, emphasizing the coordination of breath and motion. During the class you will learn a simple ashtanga yoga series consisting of sun salutations, standing and some seating positions, as well as savasana. Ashtanga is suitable for everyone.

A vinyasa class that combines meditation practice at the beginning and at end of the class. It is a fluid vinyasa class with a strong focus on alignment and being present in the physical body. A strong focus is placed on staying in the moment, so be prepared to run through some sun salutations with your eyes closed, and gently challenge your mind and body. Mindful Flow brings you back to right here, right now, and is a great way to work through letting go of the daily stresses we hold.
